Dell Studio 17 Multi-Touch

Ok. I just got my new computer from dell. It is the new Dell Studio Multi-Touch. This thing rocks. They need to make every laptop on the planet have multi-touch. Just tlike the iPhone and iPod touch, you can use gestures and up to 4 points of contact on the screen. It comes with some gimmicky software to show you its capabilities, and some of them are kind of fun. Anyway, I've been kind of busy and the trend continues, so I will right up some more about this next month.

Happy New Year!!!

Ok, Ok. I know I'm a little bit late. 11 days in fact. I told you all that I wanted to review new items that I have received. Well, I have something that I want to tell everyone about. Its iHomes iP9 alarm clock. It is great.I would give 5 out of 5 satrs. It was a birthday present from my wife and daughter, yes I just turned 32, WooHoo!!! This thing is great. It has the ability to use an iPod or iPhone. As long as you still have the dock adapter for you iPod you can use with any generation iPod, except the shuffle of course. It is also available in several different colors. I have an iPod video(5th generation)as well as an iPhone 3G, so I love this thing(I know, I said that already. It has shielding that makes it very iPhone friendly. When plugging in the iPhone it asks the sometimes annoying " This accessory is not made to work with iPhone" message. No I do not put my iPhone in airplane mode.

The internal shielding makes airplane mode completely unneccesary. Finally I can wake up to all of those telemarketers that don't realize the time difference in Alaska. The alarms(yes there are 2) can be set independently. They gradually increase volume to "Gently" wake you. You can set up the alarms for 3 different wake modes(buzzer, iPhone, or playlist). Setup a playlist named iHome and your set. Before I forget, this thing comes with a great remote. Its quite functional. Pricing on the iHome website is just 99.99, but you maybe able to get it a little lower at a "Mega Store". I think that just about wraps it up for the iHome iP9

Hey Guys,

I'm still a bit awash in what I'm going to be using this blog for, but I assure you I will make a decision by the first of the year 2010.I do however a small find on the "HUGE" World Wide Web.Its a site telling about the current free downloads from iTunes. Some things in this world really are free. You can count on a review of something by the end of the first week of the new year. Speaking of which I hope all of you have a HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Merry Christmas Everybody

Well. Its Christmas morning, and I have lots of new goodies to talk about. One that May be my favorite gift for the year, An autographed copy of Alton Brown's Good Eats: The Early Years. But first I'd like to tell you about a website that I have been using to get freebies for a little over a year now. Its called E-Rewards.
e-rewards.com is an invitation only website that allows you to do short surveys in exchange for "e-currency". You can then exchange this "ecurrency for free gift cards for various places, including Gamestop, Continental airlines, Borders, and many others. You can even earn airline miles from different airlines. I recieved my invitation from GAMESTOP by signing up for the GAMESTOP EDGE CARD and magazine subscription. You guys should definitely check it out. Have a Very Merry Christmas everybody and come back to see me for some more reviews.

The Beginning

So...this is a blog, huh. I'll be honest, I have never even read a blog before today. Sure I've heard of them. This is going to be a curious enterprise for me. You see, I had surgery on my foot a few days ago and I've pretty much been laid up in bed ever since. My plan is to research so called "Free" things that you can "earn" on different websites throughout the web. So if you have any suggestions on things that you want me to checkout. drop me a line and I will be happy to oblige you. I am going to count on about 1 item a week and post a review about twice a week. It's nice to meet all of you however many of you that there are.
